Job Description: Position: Engineer – Structural Engineer The role involves coordinating with premier technical institutes, developing structural designs for HPCC systems, and assisting the Head–HPCC in business development and related activities. Location: Bangalore Qualification: • Graduation or Post-Graduation in Structural Engineering • Minimum 2 years’ experience • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, ETABS, STAAD, etc. Expectations: The Engineer – Structural Engineer will: • Coordinate with institutes for testing and approval of HPCC components and structures. • Develop alternative HPCC designs suited to varied markets. • Articulate technical aspects and benefits of HPCC to architects, consultants, and end-users. • Support Head–HPCC in preparing design visuals, pricing support, collaterals, and market plans. Roles and Responsibilities: • Coordinate with technical institutes for testing, validation, and design approvals. • Create and optimize alternative HPCC structural designs for different applications. • Assist in technical presentations to architects, influencers, and clients. • Prepare visuals, collaterals, and concept applications for business promotion. • Identify new design opportunities and contribute to year-over-year business growth.
