The hearing will be conducted viavideo link with a UK court , and the advocate will support and represent the client locally during the proceedings.Responsibilities: Attend the full 3-day hearing in Nellore( Nellore is 3 hours by car or train from chennai) Communicate with the UK legal team and assist the client throughout the process Ensure smooth technical setup and connection for remote participation (via Microsoft Teams) Provide legal guidance, interpretation, and reassurance to the client during proceedings Qualifications: Must be enrolled with theBar Council of India Strong command o f English and ability to speak and understand Telugu Prior experience infamily law / financial settlement matterspreferred Familiarity withcourtroom proceduresand client handling Must have access to alaptopand be comfortable withvideo conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams) Ability to travel to Nelloreand be present for 3 consecutive days in early November Calm, professional demeanour with good listening and communication skillsFee:Will be discussed during the initial call.
