3 Positions open : Immediate to 30 Days joiner needed 3-5 Yrs -Hardware Engineer • Hands-on experience with tools for assembly (Soldering, Re-work of PCBA) and testing. CAD tools (Altium, SolidWorks) for basic drawing updates • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, wiring practices, PCB and safety standards. • Ability to work with CAD tools (Altium, SolidWorks) for basic drawing updates. • Familiarity with NEC / UL / IEEE standards. • Hands-on experience with tools for assembly (Soldering, Re-work of PCBA) and testing. • Knowledge of Basic Electronics and manufacturing processes. • Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. • Ability to interpret technical data and troubleshoot issues effectively. • Testing Experience: Temperature, IP etc. • Equipment Handling: Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Power Supply. Testing Experience: Temperature, IP etc. • Equipment Handling: Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Power Supply 5-7 PCB Design Engineers PCB & PCBA Engineering Electronic PCB, PCBA/Box build, Re-engineering, Product documentation, manufacturing cost optimization > Over 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in analyzing and re-engineering Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs). Skilled in identifying and handling electronic components for reverse engineering and documentation. CAD Data Alignment & Analysis CAM Tool Proficiency Power Electronics Hardware Design Engineers- 4-9 Yrs • Experience in designing and implementing different AC-DC, DC-DC converters & motor inverters for different applications, including the selection of switching devices, gate driver selection, modulation techniques and filter design. • Ability to integrate power electronic systems into larger electrical systems, understanding system-level interactions, and ensuring seamless compatibility. Proficiency in troubleshooting power electronic systems, conducting failure analysis, and implementing corrective actions to resolve issues and improve product reliability. • Should be able to analyze the analog & digital Circuits for Functional, performing FMEA’s, Stress, Derating, Worst-case & Tolerance study using analysis. •
