Designation: Senior Engineer (Process and Production)- Klin Operator Role & responsibilities : Operate and monitor the kiln and other production equipment (preheater, cooler, etc.) through DCS (Distributed Control System). Maintain stable operating conditions and optimize kiln performance to ensure high clinker quality and thermal efficiency. Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, feed rates, and emissions. Coordinate with raw mill, coal mill, and cement mill operators for smooth operation. Identify process abnormalities and take corrective actions to prevent downtime. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities by providing timely information to the maintenance department. Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards. Collaborate with quality control to ensure clinker specifications are maintained. Participate in process optimization, energy saving, and cost-reduction initiatives. Preferred candidate profile Cement Industry
