As a Horticulturist, you will: Provide one-on-one video consultations to clients, offering expert guidance on plant care, soil management, pest control, and garden planning. Collaborate with our team to develop content and knowledge base for AI-powered plant care solutions. Offer on-demand gardening services including site visits, plant health diagnosis, and customized care plans when required. Advise clients on sustainable and low-maintenance planting solutions tailored to their space and lifestyle. Key Responsibilities Conduct online and offline consultations with professionalism and clarity. Diagnose plant and garden issues and recommend actionable solutions. Curate plant palettes and maintenance tips for various spaces (indoor, balcony, terrace, and outdoor gardens). Support AI training with horticulture knowledge and FAQs. Stay updated with latest trends in urban gardening and sustainable landscaping. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Horticulture / Agriculture / Botany (preferred). 5+ years of practical experience in horticulture, landscaping, or garden maintenance. Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, fertilizers, pest & disease management. Excellent communication skills (English + Kannada/Hindi is a plus). Comfortable with video consultations and digital tools. Based in Bangalore (for occasional site visits). Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
