Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for an Information Technology Technician. The Information Technology Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and maintaining an efficient IT environment. Daily tasks will include handling customer service inquiries, assisting with the setup and maintenance of hardware and software, and conducting training sessions for users. Qualifications Skilled in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support Strong background in Information Technology Experience in Customer Service and Training Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Relevant certifications in IT support and system administration are a plus
