This role is for Greenfield Project for Solar Cell Manufacturing Role Overview - This role will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules for solar cell manufacturing. This role ensures projects are executed on time by coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking milestones, and proactively identifying risks and delays. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for solar cell manufacturing project. Define milestones, critical paths, and resource requirements to ensure timely project execution. Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and generate reports for management. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to update schedules and resolve bottlenecks. Track vendor and contractor timelines, ensuring timely delivery of equipment, materials, and services. Conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies to address delays. Support budgeting and cost control teams by linking schedules with financial forecasts. Prepare dashboards and exception reports for leadership review. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality norms, and project governance frameworks. Job Specification Qualification - Any Graduate/Postgraduate in engineering discipline. MBA will be a plus. Experience 5-10 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or manufacturing sectors. Hands-on experience with scheduling software Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and resource management. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. Knowledge of contract management and vendor coordination.
