Job Description Job Title/Position Manager Department Packing & Dispatch Location Andritz – Mandideep, Bhopal PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: - To develop as second lead in packing . Supervision and co-ordination of packing activities ROLE :- White Collar S. No. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To be developed as second line in Packing 2. Monitoring and controlling packing operations 3. Creation of PR for packing activity 4. Follow-Up with vendor 5. Manpower allocation and monitoring activity 6. Packaging at vendor end. 7 Ensuring timely preparation of Documentation of delivery i.e. Packing list & other respective 8. Coordinating with Logistic for optimum utilization & timely placement of vehicles 9. MDP monitoring and adherence for achieving Monthly OTD 10 Safety at work place 11 Coordinating for Drawing for Packing Box (Project Based) Competencies Functional competencies (not exceeding 5) Leadership/Behavioral competencies (not exceeding 3 ) Sound Experience as end user of SAP Good communication between team Good knowledge MS Office software Taking responsibilities/ownership Good command in M S Excel Positive approach to adopt new things Good Knowledge about packing in heavy Engineering Co.
