It is a subsidiary of a company incorporated outside India and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. We are actively engaged in high-rise housing projects within the real estate sector. Job Description / Responsibilities: Independently handle site execution of electrical works Process and verify contractor bills Prepare electrical lighting and power layouts as per service drawings and FAPA layouts Select appropriate lighting fixtures and oversee conduit wiring Prepare cable tray route layouts and supervise cable laying Work on L.T. panel, transformer installation, DG installation, and SD tank installation Coordinate and participate in review meetings related to the project Prepare and submit progress reports such as Weekly Progress Reports (WPR) and Daily Progress Reports (DPR) Conduct material reconciliation and consumption tracking Understand and interpret BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and electrical drawings Coordinate with other service disciplines to ensure smooth project execution Measurement of work and preparation of Measurement Books (MB) Ensure timely completion of project milestones Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in MEP coordination and execution Strong knowledge of firefighting and electrical systems Prior experience working on high-rise real estate housing projects Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of computer applications Key Skills: Site execution and contractor coordination Electrical layout preparation and BOQ interpretation Measurement and billing preparation Material reconciliation Coordination with multi-disciplinary teams Strong understanding of electrical drawings and specifications
