Human Resources - Executive (Factory) Cabcon India Ltd. is hiring a proactive and experienced Human Resources - Executive to manage all HR and Industrial Relations functions at our Dhulagarh Factory in West Bengal. If you have a strong background in manufacturing HR, particularly in the electrical/cable/conductor industry, we encourage you to apply The Role You will be the key driver for smooth, uninterrupted plant operations by managing Industrial Relations, ensuring strict statutory compliance, and fostering a positive work environment through continuous training, development, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Include: Industrial Relations (IR): Liaise with labor contractors/unions, ensure discipline and compliance with labor laws (ESIC, PF, etc.), and maintain zero disruption in plant operations. KRA: Harmonious workforce relations and uninterrupted plant operations. Statutory Compliance & Audits: Ensure full adherence to labor laws, maintain audit-ready records, and coordinate with legal/compliance teams. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, organize safety, quality, and technical training sessions, and maintain training calendars. Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, manage grievances, and drive positive employee engagement initiatives. Time Office & Attendance: Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, coordinate payroll inputs, and implement time-tracking systems. Health, Safety & Welfare: Work with EHS to ensure compliance, maintain welfare facilities, and participate in safety audits and committees. Qualifications & Experience Preferred Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (HR) or a relevant degree. Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Factory HR executive. Industry Preference: Experience in manufacturing units, preferably in the Electrical/Cables/Conductors industry. Preferred Skills: Strong background in Industrial/Employee Relations and grievance handling in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, training, and time/attendance management for plant staff. Knowledge of health, safety, welfare practices, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and ISO compliance.
