Hiring for Academic Year 2026–2027 Position: PGT – Mathematics (Classes 9 to 12)Location: BDW International School, Shillong (Meghalaya) Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for classes 9 to 12 in alignment with CBSE curriculum standards. Develop creative teaching methods to simplify complex concepts for students. Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements. Prepare students for Board Examinations with focused guidance and support. Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and problem-solving. Collaborate with colleagues for academic planning, interdisciplinary projects, and school activities. Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and parent–teacher interactions. Qualifications Master's Degree in Mathematics from a recognized university. B.Ed. (mandatory). Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (CBSE/ICSE preferred).
