Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). Maintain candidate database and HR records. Support onboarding and documentation of new employees. Help in organizing employee engagement activities. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA in HR or related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
