Role Overview We are seeking anEconomic Advisorwith strong expertise in data analysis and advisory to government/consulting projects. The role involves providing economic insights, policy advisory, and strategic recommendations, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth economic research, data modeling, and policy analysis. Advise government bodies and stakeholders on economic strategies and policy frameworks. Prepare analytical reports, briefing notes, and presentations for senior decision-makers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful consulting assignments. Monitor economic trends, assess potential policy implications, and provide timely recommendations. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of total professional experience 2–3 years in data analysis / economic research . Consulting background is mandatory . Experience in government advisory or policy consulting preferred. Good exposure to IT / Central Ministry projects (preferred). Educational Background Bachelor's / Master's in Economics OR MBA with Minor in Economics OR PhD in Economics or equivalent qualification. Location:Shillong Experience:Minimum 5 years Compensation:Up to ₹16–18 LPA (depending on experience)
