Job Title

Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits/cycle counts. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams for smooth operations. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to customers/branches. Monitor warehouse space utilization and implement effective storage practices. Handle documentation related to GRN (Goods Receipt Note), delivery challans, invoices, etc. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within the warehouse. Manage warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance. Use ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management System) for stock updates and reporting. Resolve discrepancies in inventory and investigate shortages, damages, or misplacements. Support in monthly/quarterly stock reconciliation with finance/accounts team. Ensure proper upkeep of warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallets, racks, etc. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. Familiarity with ERP/WMS software and MS Excel. Good communication and coordination skills.. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce or relevant field. 4–7 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations (FMCG, retail, or manufacturing preferred). Knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and logistics documentation will be an added advantage.
