We are looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations, including staff supervision. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the factory for timely supply. Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and display standards. Prepare basic daily sales and expense reports. Train and motivate store staff for better performance. Requirements: Previous experience in retail, bakery, or food service management preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of inventory handling and billing. Ability to work long shifts and manage staff effectively.
