Profile - Liasoning ManagerExperience- 5-8 yearsSalary-30-80k Skill Set Required* Familiarity with the socio-political dynamics of coal and mining regions* Thorough knowledge of Indian mining laws, regulations, and the clearance process* Past association with Coal India or its subsidiaries is a necessity Responsibilities* Oversee the preparation and submission of all necessary applications for mining leases, environmental clearances, forest clearances, and other statutory permits* Ensure all mining operations are in strict compliance with the Mines Act, Coal Mines Regulations* Provide timely updates and reports to senior management and external stakeholders on the status of projects and regulatory matters* Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with government officials, local communities.* Handle Monthly billing of OBR and coal transportation work,* Must have in depth knowledge of contract handling from commencement to closure.
