Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Tester with proven experience in both manual and automated testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications through robust testing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Perform thorough manual testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications to ensure functionality, usability, and stability. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or similar. Conduct regression, functional, integration, system, and UAT testing. Log, track, and manage bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality at every stage of development. Maintain and enhance existing automated test frameworks. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes. Prepare detailed test reports, documentation, and metrics. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation). Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as: Selenium WebDriver TestNG / JUnit Cypress / Playwright Postman (for API testing) Proficient in writing test cases and test scripts. Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.). Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile practices. Good knowledge of SQL and ability to validate data in databases. Basic programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript (as per tool used). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13, ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
