Could you be the full-time Lead Supplier Quality Engineer in Madhepura, Bihar were looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your supplier quality expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates. You'll ensure the quality performance of suppliers, manage non-conformities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Industrial Quality, Supply Chain), lead incoming inspection activities, and much more. Youll specifically take care of managing supplier non-conformities and inspections for low-critical parts, but also collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective actions and maintain quality control plans. We'll look to you for: Managing non-conformity reports (NCR) and ensuring timely supplier communication and resolution Driving containment actions and securing manufacturing lines Challenging suppliers to implement corrective and preventive action plans Leading incoming inspection activities and ensuring compliance with control plans Monitoring supplier performance and initiating improvement roadmaps Maintaining and publishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
