The ideal candidate will oversee on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure timely project completion. Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams. Monitor and maintain records of materials, manpower, and work progress. Ensure all construction work complies with safety standards and quality requirements. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on-site. Prepare daily/weekly site reports and assist in billing verification. Requirements: Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum (X) years of experience in site execution and supervision. Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
