We are hiring Body Shop Manager Experience ; Min 3 Yr Exp Contact : or Body Shop Manager is a customer-facing role in an automotive repair shop that involves many tasks, including: Customer service: Being the first point of contact for customers, providing guidance on repair processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction Administration: Booking vehicles for repairs, processing paperwork, and administering payments Communication: Keeping customers, insurance companies, and other parties up to date on the progress of repairs Coordinating with technicians: Facilitating vehicle repairs by coordinating with technicians and customers Preparing estimates: Preparing accurate cost estimates for body work and repairs Scheduling: Scheduling appointments and managing repair timelines Keeping records: Keeping records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions Other tasks: Informing customers about service, price, and deadlines, supporting accident damage, recording customer and vehicle data, checking part availability, matching capacity with order deadlines, preparing and releasing invoices, and preparing damage calculations Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
