Job PurposeResponsible for getting the critical parameters like business/ portfolio/ employee attrition to be delivered as required by management. Owning team members of his / her territory/area on people metrics. Duties and Responsibilities- Daily review with Branch Managers and teams regarding projections of business and cross sell, center meetings, GRT planned / activity plan for the day.- Ensure execution of the defined activity plan for customer visits by the team during the day.- Maintain WIRR/profitability in all the assigned areas.- Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio.- Detailed supervision and monitoring of allocated branches, visit branches, meet teams, conduct team huddles, understand and resolves pain areas. Attend Center Meetings and meet customers.- Ensure 100% compliance of all business policies and SOPs for all allocated branches.- Assist in Collections cases in higher buckets, work with Branch Managers and jointly visits customers in the area.- Plans for business expansion - Identify and map new areas, including fraud likelihoods, derive and shares projections, action plans and budgets with Regional Managers, seeking approval.- Nominate team members for reward and recognition commensurate with their achievements Required Qualifications and Experiencea)Qualifications:Graduation / Post Graduateb)Work Experience:4-6 Years of relevant experience
