Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Development Manager located in Roorkee. The Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the development and performance of the sales team. This includes training and mentoring agents, developing sales strategies, monitoring sales targets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves building strong relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in training, mentoring, and leading sales teams Strong sales strategy development and execution skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in achieving sales targets Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
