Role Overview We're looking for a Warehouse & Operations Manager who can drive efficiency, accuracy and scalability across our supply chain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Unicommerce, D2C operations, and marketplace order management (Amazon, Flipkart, Quick comm. etc.). You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth inbound/outbound operations, inventory management, dispatch timelines and order fulfillment across all channels. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order picking, packing and dispatch. Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure real-time sync across marketplaces and D2C platforms using Unicommerce. Coordinate with courier partners and customer support teams to ensure on-time deliveries and minimal returns. Oversee stock audits, reorder alerts and packaging material management. Monitor and optimize dispatch SLAs, warehouse space utilization and process efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams for new product onboarding and operational readiness during sale events. Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance and exception reports. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or operations management, preferably in D2C or marketplace-first brands. Strong working knowledge of Unicommerce (mandatory). Understanding of inventory management systems, dispatch processes, and 3PL coordination. Analytical mindset with a knack for process improvement and cost control.
