Job Description

Role & responsibilities: As Assistant Manager Human Resources, you will act as a bridge between leadership, doctors, and staff, ensuring smooth execution of HR and people practices in alignment with hospital goals. You will manage the employee life cycle, ensure compliance, and drive engagement and doctor support initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end employee life cycle (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, payroll, exit). Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws). Lead recruitment efforts and ensure integration of PDO policies with Marengo Asia Hospitals vision. Address employee queries, grievances, and drive engagement & retention programs. Implement HR policies, SOPs, and cultural/recognition initiatives. Support doctor engagement activities and collaborate with operations for effectiveness. Maintain accurate employee records, reports, and ensure adherence to budgets. Preferred candidate profile: Qualifications MBA/PGDM/MSW in HR or equivalent. 36 years of HR experience (healthcare industry preferred). Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance & employee engagement. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
