"Training will be given " 1. Training & Skill Development Attend all mandatory training sessions organized by the academy. Demonstrate continuous improvement in subject expertise (Abacus speed, Phonics techniques, Vedic Maths methods, Spoken English fluency, etc.). Implement training feedback and apply new teaching methods in class. Stay updated with curriculum upgrades and digital tools provided by the academy. 2. Teaching & Classroom Delivery Conduct engaging and structured classes as per the academy curriculum. Adapt lesson delivery to match the learning pace of students. Use interactive activities, games, and practical exercises for better understanding. Maintain high energy, clarity, and enthusiasm in every session. 3. Student Learning Outcomes Monitor student performance through regular practice, tests, and assignments. Provide remedial sessions or extra practice for weaker students. Encourage accuracy, speed, and confidence in skill-based learning. Prepare students for competitions, certifications, and stage presentations. 4. Parent & Student Engagement Communicate student progress to parents regularly. Address queries with patience and professionalism. Build a positive rapport with students to make learning enjoyable. Support in conducting PTMs (Parent Teacher Meetings) and demo sessions. 5. Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and assessments. Submit weekly/monthly reports to the coordinator or academy head. Assist in demo classes, events, or promotional activities when required. Ensure compliance with academy guidelines and standards.
