Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the store, providing excellent customer service. Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate ethnic wear products. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue. Maintain product knowledge, including fabrics, fits, and ongoing collections. Handle billing, cash, and inventory as per store policies. Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards are met. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
