Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to bike servicing appointments and queries. Confirm and schedule service appointments with customers. Make follow-up calls for pending services, feedback, and repeat visits. Remind customers about upcoming service due dates or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) schedules. Maintain and update customer records in the system accurately. Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department. Coordinate with the service advisor and workshop team for job status updates. Promote value-added services, service packages, and offers. Ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
