Eligibility Criteria Qualification: B.Sc. Agri / Diploma in Agriculture / Horticulture / Agricultural Engineering MBA in Agri-Business or Marketing (Preferred)/ B.sc botany/ B.sc zoology/B.Sc Chemistry/ BBA/ Any science graduates Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales/marketing with dealer network exposure Key Responsibilities Report activities regularly to the sales manager Conduct regular field visits to meet farmers, dealers, and distribution Develop and maintain dealer networks in the assigned territory Organize on-field demonstration and trails and collect feedback from farmers and share the insights with the company for product improvements Generate new business and increase product visibility Plan and execute strategic promotional activities Ensure timely payment collection (Incentives applicable post-collection) Skill Required Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively for field visit Passion for sustainable agriculture and farmer development Compensation Salary: ₹15,000 + ₹3,000 TRA Benefits: ESI coverage Festival Bonus Paid Leave Quarterly Incentives based on performance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: Remote
