Job Description Area Development Officer (ADO) Location: (Haldwani) Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets of the assigned area through effective planning, client visits, customer interactions, and demonstrations. Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, architects, fabricators, and project sites. Prepare and submit pipeline reports to management, highlighting upcoming opportunities. Conduct site visits to engage with key decision-makers and influencers. Coordinate with Sales Coordination for timely preparation and submission of quotations. Follow up with clients to ensure order closures and customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strengthen business positioning. Maintain reports on Sales Pipeline, Orders, Architect Meetings, and Tenders as per defined frequency. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration. 13years of experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in Building Materials / Construction). Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively. Key Competencies Market scanning & lead generation. Strong business acumen. Customer-focused approach.
