Job Title: Junior Cashier Department: Retail (Jeweller ) Reports To: Senior Cashier Location: Gandhinagar Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Junior Cashier is responsible for handling cash, credit, and other types of transactions in jeweller while providing excellent customer service. This entry-level position ensures the accuracy of transactions and supports daily financial operations in a jewellery shop . Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist with purchases in a friendly and professional manner. Accurately process cash, credit, and mobile payments. Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station. Ensure the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift. Answer customer questions related to pricing, products, or promotions. Report any discrepancies, suspicious transactions, or technical issues to the supervisor. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling. Assist in stocking shelves, tagging products, or other tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or Graduation degree. Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is a plus Basic math skills and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹5, ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
