As we expand across locations, we're looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance operations and ensure smooth financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.) Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flows Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax filings as per compliance requirements Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding financial transactions Maintain and organize financial documents and records Support external audits and assist in financial data compilation Track inventory-related costs in coordination with operations teams Manage petty cash and ensure accurate reporting Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards Good Excel skills and ability to work with financial data Attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and coordination abilities What We Offer: A dynamic and youthful work environment in a growing café brand Opportunities for career growth within the Pizza Wings Group Competitive salary and performance incentives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
