Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in different parts of tamilnadu. The Area Sales Managers will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential markets, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and conducting market research. The role also involves regular reporting on sales performance and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in Sales Management and Market Analysis Skills in Developing Sales Strategies and Team Management Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to identify new markets and customer needs Proficiency in Reporting and Analytics Knowledge of Agricultural Products and Agrochemical Industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
