The ideal candidate should be skilled in digital advertising, content creation, and analytics — with a strong ability to communicate in both English and Kannada. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Email). Create engaging posters, videos, and social media content to promote brand awareness. Manage SEO and website optimization to improve organic visibility and traffic. Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to achieve lead generation goals. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing monthly performance reports. Handle marketing administration tasks, data entry, and campaign documentation. Support brand consistency and content scheduling across all platforms. Collaborate with internal teams for creative ideas and marketing initiatives. Required Skills: Administration & coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic to intermediate video editing and poster designing skills Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, and email/WhatsApp advertising Strong communication skills in English and Kannada Creativity, attention to detail, and time management Qualification & Experience: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or related field Compensation: Probation (3 months): ₹6,000 per month Post Probation: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on performance) Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid – with flexible working hours Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Pay: ₹6, ₹8,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work from home Application Question(s): Do you have your personal laptop?
