Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive/Manager to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The role involves maintaining customer databases, analyzing customer behavior, coordinating with sales/marketing teams, and ensuring smooth communication with clients to improve customer experience and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain CRM database to ensure accuracy and data integrity. Track customer interactions, inquiries, and service requests. Generate and analyze CRM reports to identify trends and opportunities. Support sales and marketing teams in campaigns, lead management, and follow-ups. Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution. Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention. Train and support staff in effective use of CRM tools. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless customer service. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. Prior experience in CRM management or customer service preferred. Strong knowledge of CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
