Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for designing and delivering lectures, developing curriculum, mentoring students, and conducting research. The role also involves participating in departmental meetings, contributing to academic publications, engaging in professional development activities, and collaborating with faculty members for various academic initiatives. Qualifications Advanced knowledge in the relevant subject area and curriculum development skills Experience in lecturing, mentoring students, and academic advising Proficiency in research methodologies and publication skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills An ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members Commitment to professional development and staying updated with advancements in the field PhD or equivalent degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution
