Position: Quality Inspector Responsibilities: Knowledge of Oscillating Disc Rheometer functions (Tensile Tests) Inspect and Test Products: Review products and materials during manufacturing to ensure they meet company standards. Measure and Compare: Use tools like micrometers and calipers to measure products against specifications. Identify Defects: Detect and report any defects or deviations from quality standards. Documentation: Maintain records of inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken. Compliance: Ensure that production processes comply with industry standards and regulations. Collaboration: Work with the production team to recommend adjustments and improvements to processes. Skills and Qualifications: Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to identify defects and ensure quality. Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems. Problem-Solving: Ability to recommend corrective actions and improvements.
