Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently. Check product quality, expiry dates, and follow FIFO/FEFO methods. Label orders correctly and update order status in the system. Handle perishable and fragile items with care, maintaining hygiene standards. Coordinate with delivery teams for timely dispatch. Keep packing area organized and assist in inventory support. Requirements: Attention to detail and accuracy in packing. Knowledge of FMCG food & grocery products. Physical stamina for handling products. Familiarity with online order systems is a plus.
