To lead and manage the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control functions for a composite railway project. Prepare, update, and maintain the Project Master Schedule using Primavera (P6) or MS Project in alignment with project milestones and contractual requirements. Identify and define critical paths, dependencies, and resource constraints. Monitor site progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis against baseline schedules. Prepare and circulate MIS reports, look-ahead schedules, S-curves, dashboards, and variance analyses. Work closely with the contracts and cost control team for budget tracking and cash flow planning. Assist in forecasting project requirements (materials, manpower, equipment). Maintain records and documentation of all planning-related correspondence.
