Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the erection of precast elements at the construction site. Ensure adherence to erection schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards. Coordinate with production, design, and project management teams to align on site requirements. Manage resources, equipment, and manpower for efficient site execution. Inspect erected elements for alignment, stability, and compliance with design specifications. Identify and resolve on-site issues or bottlenecks during erection activities. Prepare daily erection reports, progress updates, and documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. 4–5 years of experience in precast construction erection at site. Strong knowledge of precast erection methods, site safety, and structural alignment. Experience in coordinating with multiple teams on-site. Good problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
