Job Description

Helps the executive for work with tasks such as scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks . Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the executives and senior management team. Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements. Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives, ensuring timely responses and prioritizing important matters. Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials as necessary. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external distribution. Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, including contact lists, organizational charts, and other relevant information. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Office Management: Assist with general office tasks such as managing supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a corporate environment, is desirable. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling documents, data, and correspondence. Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor, exhibit a positive attitude, and represent the company in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
