Responsibility: (Tasks/Activities required to full fill expected results of Role) Ensure 100% compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory obligations, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Factories Act, Pollution, Fire, J&K Sidco, and local authorities.• Maintain statutory records and ensure timely payments, filings, and audit readiness for contractors and service providers.• Liaise with government departments, inspectors, and external agencies for legal, compliance, and audit matters.• Ensure adherence to IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, standards, including documentation, compliance, and audit support.• Manage manpower planning, contractor approvals, deployment, compliance, and bill processing.• Oversee housekeeping, pantry, transport, and facility services to ensure smooth daily operations.• Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and facility upkeep in line with 5S and IMS requirements.• Coordinate hospitality services for visitors, audits, meetings, and internal events.• Process vendor and contractor bills on time; maintain proper records for payment, audit, and compliance.• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service-level agreements and statutory compliance are met.• Oversee employee health check-ups and ensure operational readiness of the in-house first-aid centre (dispensary).• Support general HR operations, including employee engagement activities and grievance handling.• Generate and submit accurate HR and Admin MIS reports for management review.• Support sustainability and workplace safety initiatives in line with company policies.• Perform any other responsibilities assigned from time to time by reporting authority.Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
