Accounting: · Product billing to customer at the time ensure payment type cash or Card, once receive the payment after that generate the bills. · The day Cash handling person Manager or Cashier properly handover the sales cash and petty cash to take over persons and maintain the records. · Ensure the Day End properly and submit the report for Sales and petty cash exp details daily through mail. · Petty Cash Expense Separately maintained and Handing for Cashier & Manager don't mix for sales cash. · Petty Cash Expense details properly mention and supporting document also need, without bills can't accepted that expense. · Petty Cash vouchers, Milk bills and all other exp bill submit to manager every week without fail. · Support outlet manager for maintained the records (Cash Handover over, Fixed Assets Records) Operation Activities: · Guiding & solving queries of customers. · Ensure the Day start in POS with cashier or manager separate login Id. · Without Bill & KOT Can't supply product to customer, ensure the order by manager. Ensure Product availability for upselling to customer.
