Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Durg, for a CNC Operator. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, performing machining and milling tasks, monitoring and ensuring the quality of produced parts, and following safety and operational guidelines. Daily responsibilities include setting up machinery, loading raw materials, executing production processes, and performing routine maintenance on equipment. Qualifications Preference will be given to Diploma/Degree in Engineering Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining Well versed with machining drawings Experience with Milling and CNC/NC machine tools Skilled in Quality Control to ensure precision and accuracy Basic knowledge of machinery and its maintenance Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions Relevant certifications or vocational training in machining or CNC operation Experience in a manufacturing of rail road products will give preference
