Job Role: HR Recruiter We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team at First School Preschool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and building a strong workforce to support our vision of quality education. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for teaching and non-teaching roles. Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, and networking. Conduct reference checks, background verification, and ensure compliance with school policies. Collaborate with management to understand workforce requirements. Organize HR drives, teacher recruitment campaigns, and walk-in interviews. Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment (experience in education/preschool sector preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of ATS, recruitment tools, and social media hiring. Ability to work in a fast-paced, child-focused educational environment.
