Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for civil interior projects. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams effectively. Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and highlight risks or delays. Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with statutory regulations. Ensure timely material planning and coordination with the procurement team. Conduct quality checks at all stages of work to meet luxury/hospitality standards.
