KEY RESULT AREAS & TASKS: Teach Mathematics to students of Classes I–V as per CBSE curriculum and school guidelines. Design lesson plans, teaching aids, and innovative activities to simplify mathematical concepts. Foster logical thinking, problem-solving, and application-based learning in students. Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback. • Provide remedial support and individual attention to students as required. Integrate technology, visual aids, and activity-based methods for effective teaching. Encourage a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs and share student progress updates. Participate actively in school activities, academic planning, and co-curricular programs. CANDIDATE PROFILE SPECIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Graduate in Mathematics or related discipline with B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. (mandatory). EXPERIENCE: 1 to 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/Primary schools. SKILLSET: Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach Mathematics in an engaging and simplified manner. Good understanding of child pedagogy and age-appropriate teaching strategies. Fluency in English with strong communication and classroom management skills. Proficiency in using digital tools, smart boards, and interactive teaching resources. Passion for working with children and fostering curiosity in young learners.
