Job Title: Solar Project Manager Experience: 4 to 8 yrs Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or a related field Location: Solapur, Maharashtra Department: Project Management / Renewable Energy Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Solar Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle—from feasibility to commissioning—while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:  Lead and manage residential, commercial, or utility-scale solar projects from inception to completion.  Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.  Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.  Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.  Ensure compliance with all safety standards, environmental regulations, and permitting requirements.  Oversee procurement activities and manage vendor relationships effectively.  Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical evaluations as necessary.  Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.  Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and completion certificates.  Identify potential risks and resolve issues to minimize delays and cost overruns. Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus).  4–8 years of experience in solar energy or renewable infrastructure projects.  Proven track record of delivering solar projects on time and within budget.  Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including design and installation practices.  Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, etc.  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.  Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Preferred Skills:  Working knowledge of AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope, or similar solar design software.  Familiarity with local and national electrical codes and grid interconnection procedures.  Experience in financial modeling, cost estimation, and ROI analysis for solar projects.
