Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Social Media Specialist to drive the brand perception of Toolsvilla across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. This role will shape content strategies unique to each platform, conceive engaging narratives, and deliver compelling visuals and videos that resonate with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, reflecting their unique audiences and creative opportunities. Ideate, script, and storyboard content with strong hook elements to maximize attention and retention especially in video formats. Monitor brand sentiment and audience engagement on each channel; respond and adapt to trends as they arise. Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to maintain a consistent, authentic voice for the brand. Produce or oversee design of graphics and short-form videos; handle basic to intermediate video editing and visual design. Analyze content performance and user engagement metrics; present actionable insights and iterate strategy for growth. Required Skills: Proven creative thinking and storytelling skills; outstanding portfolio of content ideas or executed campaigns. Prior experience managing social media for a brand or publisher across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B/B2C or e-commerce sectors. Knowledge of basic performance marketing/analytics. Familiarity with social listening or reputation management tools.
