As a psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing therapy, and supporting the mental health and well-being of individuals in need. You will work with a variety of clients to help them manage mental health challenges and improve their overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and provide evaluations for clients. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs. Offer crisis intervention and manage psychological emergencies. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Maintain accurate records of client assessments, therapy sessions, and progress. Stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and advancements in psychology. Educate clients on coping mechanisms, stress management, and self-care strategies. Attend team meetings and contribute to improving service offerings. Required Qualifications: BSc in Psychology and MSc in Psychology (preferably in Clinical or Counseling Psychology) Previous experience in a clinical setting or internships will be considered an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping individuals overcome mental health challenges. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
