Up to 10K per month + Commissions Title: US IT Recruiter - Freshers Location: Remote based in Kochi Job Description: Zencon is seeking freshers with excellent communication skills and "go getter" personality for the role of a US IT Recruiter to work remotely to support our current recruitment process. We will provide training. Roles & Responsibilities: Interview candidates and understand technical jargon Use various sourcing techniques and hunt candidates Conduct Boolean searches Generate interest in passive candidates and sell the job - Call, email, social marketing Update internal candidate database with candidate details and notes Use creativity in finding the right talent Hit weekly targets Update resume formatting to make it presentable Must have good communication skills Must have knowledge of US IT Recruiting Expectations of the job: Minimum target of 2 quality job submissions per day, 10 a week. Minimum 1 closure in a month
